Beirut, SANA-Syria’s Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul-Karim discussed with General Coordinator of the Islamic Action Front in Lebanon, Sheikh Zuhair Othman al-Juayd, the latest developments in Syria and the region.
During the meeting, al-Juayd affirmed that the Syrian Arab Army will defeat the remnants of terrorists and will restore every inch of the Syrian territories, pointing out that Syria has been also able to end the projects of division and separation thanks to the army’s sacrifices and the steadfastness of the Syrian people.
He stressed the righteousness of the Palestinian cause and the importance of supporting the Palestinian people and standing by them by all means till the liberation and the establishment of their independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, hailing Syria’s principled and pioneer stance in this regard.
