Syria participates in MENA Innovation in Education Forum in Muscat

Muscat, SANA- Syria participated in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Innovation in Education Forum, which was held recently in Muscat, Oman.

The Forum discussed mechanisms of investment in the technological education and digital skills on the regional level.

Education Minister Imad al-Azab stressed that Syria paid big attention for the educational sector in all its aspects, particularly integrating IT and telecommunication technology in education.

Al-Azab reviewed the steps which the Ministry of Education has accomplished in this regard, its efforts to promote it to improve the quality of education and its outcomes, and prepare the generation that is able to interact with the modern technologies and  participate actively in national, economic, and human development.

The 3-day Forum aimed at exchanging expertise, policies, and experiences in enhancing the youth’s capabilities and provide them with skills and innovations.
