AALCO annual meeting begins with Syria’s participation

Tehran, SANA – The 53rd annual meeting of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO) kicked off in Tehran with the participation of 47 member states, including Syria, represented by the Syrian Ambassador to Iran, Adnan Mahmoud.

The 4-day meeting will discuss a number of international issues, on top of which the issues of terrorism, extremism and violence, in addition to the situation of the refugees, the practices of the Zionist entity.

AALCO, which is based in New Delhi, was established in 1965. 47 states are currently members in this organization.
