Homs Governor tours al-Mazraa and adjacent villages in Homs countryside

Homs, SANA  Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi toured al-Mazraa and the adjacent villages,  bordering al-Waar neighborhood in Homs on Monday.

Meeting the residents of the villages, al-Barazi stressed that efforts are continued for ensuring all requirements of  the villages as well as for restoring security and stability to the province.

In a statement to the press, the Governor appreciated al-Mazraa sacrifices in the face of terrorism targeting Syria in general and Homs province in particular.

He pointed out that the visit comes in the framework of taking car for the injured and exerting efforts for tackling the issue of the kidnapped and the missing  as this issue is the state and government’s top priority.

“Targeting Syria is not only targeting all spectrums of the Syrian people, but rather targeting Syria’s history, culture and people,” Al-Barazi said.

For their parts, the residents of the villages stressed that they will remain resilient in the face of terrorism, showing commitment to their lands.

They also hoped that security and stability would return to the country soon.

In a relevant context, Homs Governor toured al-Zarzouriyeh  and al-Rabweh villages to be briefed on the service situation in the two villages and listened to the residents’ demands.

Director of the Technical Services in Homs, Amin al-Issa said that a new school will be built in al-Rabweh village with a cost estimated at SYP 57 million.

Homs Governor also inspected al-Rabweh bakery.
