The 2nd Arab Postal Leaders' Forum 2025 concludes its activities in Qatar

Doha, SANA-The Second Arab Postal Leaders Forum concluded its sessions, which was held in the Qatari capital, Doha, under the theme: Accelerating Innovation in the Parcel Market to Achieve Gains in the Age of Electronic Technology

The Syrian delegation participated in this forum, represented by the Deputy Minister of Communications, Engineer Hussein Al-Masry and the Director General of the Syrian Postal Corporation, Imad Al-Din Hamad.

During the forum sessions, aspects of harnessing technology to serve the postal sector and linking Arab countries amid the rapid growth in e-commerce were discussed, in addition to discussing innovative strategies to achieve these goals.

In a statement to SANA correspondent, Director General of the Syrian Postal Corporation, Imad al-Din Hamad, said that the participation comes within the framework of exchanging expertise and learning about unique experiences to improve performance, revive the Syrian Postal Corporation, and keep pace with global developments.

Hamad noted the existing Arab expertise, which is no less important than the level of expertise in countries around the world and thanked the State of Qatar for the invitation to participate in the forum aimed at improving gains in the competitive parcel market, in light of regional and global transformations.

More than 150 senior officials from ministries of communications and directors of postal authorities participated in the two-day forum.
