Damascus, SANA-Minister of Social and Labour, Hind Kabawat discussed with the Chargé d’Affairs of the Turkish Embassy in Syria, Burhan Koroglu, the areas of protecting and empowering women, and organizing civil work in Syria.
The meeting, held at the ministry building today, discussed Turkey’s experience in humanitarian work, and the possibility of organizing joint workshops to exchange experiences
Minister Kabwat said that there are long historical relations between Syria and Turkey, noting the strength ties that bind the two peoples.
In turn, Koroglu affirmed Turkey’s support for the transitional phase in Syria in accordance with the directives of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
