Damascus, Apr. 2 (SANA) President Ahmad al-Sharaa affirmed that his visits to Germany and the United Kingdom reflect Syria’s push toward building effective international partnerships in the fields of energy, economy, and reconstruction.
President al-Sharaa said, in a post on Platform X, that Syria values the support shown by both countries toward the Syrian people.
The President added that his meetings with members of the Syrian community represent an honourable example of their strong national belonging and their contributions to the societies in which they live.
Over the past two days, President al-Sharaa conducted official visits to Germany and the United Kingdom, accompanied by a ministerial delegation. He met senior officials in both countries, as well as representatives of the Syrian community, major companies, and business leaders.
