Kuala Lumpur, May 28 (SANA) Syria was drawn alongside Uzbekistan, India and Bangladesh in Group B of the AFC U20 Asian Cup qualifiers following Thursday’s draw at the Asian Football Confederation headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.
The qualifying tournament will take place from Aug. 25 to Sept. 6 as teams compete for places in next year’s AFC U20 Asian Cup finals in China.
A total of 44 teams are participating in the qualifiers after China secured hosting rights for the tournament.
The teams were divided into 11 groups, with each group containing four teams.
