Homs, May 24 (SANA) Syrian Basketball League club Homs Al-Fidaa have re-signed American-Palestinian guard Brian Halums, marking his return to the Homs-based side.
The 28-year-old joins from Jordan’s Al-Faisaly after averaging 25.0 points, 9.9 rebounds and 4.9 assists in 21 games, earning six Player of the Week awards.
Halums previously played for Lebanon’s CS Antonine and had an earlier spell with Homs Al-Fidaa. He has represented the Palestinian senior national team since 2024.
The guard has also played professionally in Bahrain, Iraq, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Libya, and was named Asia-Basket.com All-Iraqi League Guard of the Year in 2025.
Halums graduated from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith in 2020 and is currently in his sixth professional season.
