Hama, May 1 (SANA) Al-Wahda secured a 77–66 away victory on Thursday over al-Nawair in the final stage of the return round of the Syrian Men’s Basketball League.
The first half at Nasseh Alwani Hall in Hama ended level at 36–36, in a closely contested and high-tempo game, with both sides relying heavily on their foreign players.
Al-Wahda, however, pulled away in the second half, using their experience under the basket and accuracy from beyond the arc to build a double-digit lead and close out the game.
Al-Wahda had also won the first-leg match 89–65.
