Homs, April 5 (SANA) Al-Karama secured an important 2-1 victory over local rivals Homs al-Fidaa in a postponed Syrian Premier League football match held on Sunday at Khaled bin Al-Walid Stadium in Homs.
Mahmoud al-Nayef and Islam Batran scored for al-Karama, while Khattab Mashlab netted the lone goal for Homs al-Fidaa.
With this win, al-Karama raised its tally to 25 points, moving up to fifth place in the standings. Homs al-Fidaa remains third with 30 points.
