Gaza, May 25 (SANA) One Palestinian was killed and another wounded on Monday in separate Israeli strikes in Khan Younis and Al-Maghazi refugee camp in Gaza, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported, citing medical sources.
A man died from wounds sustained in an Israeli strike on the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis two days earlier, while another person was injured in Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, the report said.
In the West Bank, Israeli forces arrested seven Palestinians, including a woman, during overnight raids in several areas, including near Nablus, Hebron, Ramallah, Tubas and Tulkarm.
WAFA also reported that four Palestinians, including a child, were wounded on Sunday by Israeli gunfire in Gaza City and south of Bethlehem.
Separately, medical sources in Gaza said hospitals had received six bodies and eight wounded people over the past 24 hours.
According to the same sources, the death toll from the Israeli military campaign in Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,797, with 172,821 others wounded.
Medical teams said victims remained trapped under rubble and in the streets, with ambulance and rescue crews unable to reach some areas.
