Beirut, May 22 (SANA) Four people were killed and two paramedics injured after Israeli airstrikes targeted an emergency medical facility in southern Lebanon on Friday, according to Lebanon’s National News Agency.
The agency reported that Israeli warplanes launched multiple missiles at an emergency and healthcare center in the town of Haniyeh in the Tyre district , causing fatalities and injuries amid continued attacks across southern Lebanon.
Earlier on Friday, nine people were wounded in another Israeli strike near Tebnine Government Hospital in the Bint Jbeil district, local authorities said. The injured included seven healthcare workers and hospital staff members.
The latest attacks come as Israeli military operations continue in several areas of southern Lebanon, where repeated strikes have increasingly affected emergency response and medical services.
