Beirut, May 9 (SANA) Lebanon’s Ministry of Health said on Saturday that seven people were killed and 15 others injured in an Israeli airstrike on the Saida district in southern Lebanon.
The ministry’s Emergency Operations Center said in a statement that the strike on the town of Saksakiyah in the Saida district resulted in an initial toll of seven fatalities, including a child, and 15 injuries, including three children.
Earlier in the day, a Syrian national and his daughter were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting them in the city of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon, according to local reports.
