Amman, May 7 (SANA) Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan discussed regional developments and diplomatic efforts aimed at restoring stability during a phone call on Wednesday.
According to Jordan’s Petra news agency, Safadi stressed the need for a comprehensive solution based on a ceasefire between the United States and Iran and broader efforts to reduce tensions in the region.
The two ministers also reviewed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation across several sectors and emphasized the importance of continued coordination and consultation on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The talks come amid ongoing regional tensions following the U.S.-Israeli-Iranian conflict and intensified diplomatic efforts aimed at preventing further escalation.
