Abu Dhabi, May 2 (SANA) The United Arab Emirates’ General Civil Aviation Authority announced on Saturday that air traffic within the country’s airspace has returned to normal.

The Emirates News Agency (WAM) quoted the authority as saying that “the decision came following a comprehensive assessment of operational and security conditions, and in coordination with the relevant sided.”

It added that continuous real-time monitoring will be maintained to ensure the highest levels of aviation safety.

The authority also confirmed the readiness of its technical and operational teams to respond to any potential developments, urging the public to obtain information from official sources.

Air traffic across the Middle East has witnessed widespread disruption due to the U.S.–Israeli–Iranian war, prompting several countries to partially close or temporarily restrict their airspace.
