Jeddah, March 27 (SANA) Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman held talks on Friday in Jeddah with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on regional and international developments, with particular focus on the ongoing military escalation in the Middle East.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the two sides also reviewed bilateral relations between their countries, as well as the latest developments in Ukraine.
Zelenskyy said on Thursday in a social media post that he would hold “important meetings” in Saudi Arabia, adding: “We appreciate the support and support those who are ready to work with us to ensure security.”
The Ukrainian president arrived in the Kingdom on Thursday amid heightened regional tensions and ongoing conflict, as Gulf states show growing interest in benefiting from Kyiv’s experience in countering drone attacks.
