Damascus, SANA- Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Marwan Halabi met Wednesday with Minister of Administrative Development Mohammad Hassan al-Skaf to explore ways to enhance mutual cooperation.
During the meeting, held at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the two sides discussed proposals for developing administrative and organizational structures within the ministry and improving the efficiency of human resources in coordination with the Ministry of Administrative Development.
