Officials explore boosting education stability in Syria’s eastern provinces
Minister Turko meets presidential delegation overseeing implementation of SDF integration

Damascus, April 28 (SANA) Minister of Education Mohammad Abdul Rahman Turko met with a presidential delegation tasked with following up the implementation of the January 29 agreement with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to review progress in the education system across eastern provinces.

The meeting focused on enhancing coordination among relevant authorities to support stability in education and ensure continuity.

Turko stressed the importance of improving educational conditions and providing a safe, sustainable environment for students across Syria.

The January 29 agreement aims to establish a ceasefire, implement phased integration of military and administrative structures, and restore state institutions and crossings to government administration.
