Cairo, May.3 (SANA) Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani and Minister of Economy and Industry Nidal al-Shaar discussed in Cairo with a number of Egyptian businessmen ways to enhance economic and investment cooperation between Syria and Egypt.
The meeting focused on avenues to expand bilateral cooperation in the economic and investment sectors and explored opportunities to promote stronger business partnerships between the two countries.
The talks also addressed mechanisms to stimulate investment engagement and broaden cooperation between Syrian and Egyptian business communities in areas of mutual interest.
The meeting comes within the framework of continued efforts to consolidate Syrian-Egyptian economic relations and promote broader investment cooperation between the two countries.
