Riyadh, Feb. 4 (SANA) A Syrian delegation headed by Minister of Economy and Industry Nidal al-Shaar is taking part in the Fifth International Conference and Exhibition of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), currently being held in Riyadh.
The conference began on Wednesday under the theme “Predictable Dispute Resolution in Uncertain Times.” According to organizers, it focuses on the role of governance, legal clarity and effective dispute resolution in promoting trust and stability amid global uncertainty.
The event brings together officials, legal experts and business representatives from various countries to discuss judicial developments, investment-related disputes and mechanisms for enhancing legal predictability at both regional and international levels.
The conference includes keynote sessions and panel discussions addressing arbitration practices, institutional frameworks and emerging challenges in commercial dispute resolution.
