Syrian football team beats China 1-0 within world cup qualifications for Russia 2018-VIDEO

Beijing, SANA-Syria’s national football team beat its Chinese counterpart 1-0 in the match held on Thursday in China within the 3^rd round of the final stage of world cup qualification for Russia 2018.

This is the first winning of the Syrian national team, raising its point to 4 in the fourth place in the group, china freezes at one point in the fifth place, Qatar came in the bottom of the group after losing 2-3 to South Korea which tops the group with 7 points.

Mahmoud al-Mawas scored for Syria at the 55^th minute of the game.

Syria lost its first match to Uzbekistan 0-1 then it tied with South Korea 0-0.

The Syrian team will meet Qatar next Tuesday.
