Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to drop, yet remain around or lower than average as the country is still affecting by the seasonal Indian low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin hat skies are between clear and partly cloudy in general; local rain showers are expected over the northwesterly and the coastal regions and misty in the eastern, al-Jazira, and al-Badia
(desert) areas.
The winds are western to southwestern of low to moderate speed, while the sea of low and moderate amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 32/18, Daraa 31/17, Homs 29/19 Hama 31/21, Lattakia 30/25, Aleppo 33/21 and Deir Ezzor 37/22.
