Thursday weather: Temperatures to drop, still above average

Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will slightly drop, yet they will remain from 1 to 3 degrees above average as the country is still being affected by the Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The wind will be northwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/19, Daraa 34/18, Homs 33/18, Lattakia 31/21, Aleppo 37/20 and Deir Ezzor 43/25.
