Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will slightly drop but remain from 5 to 8 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while the weather will be misty with dusty conditions in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The wind will be northwesterly with a moderate to light speed while the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will gradually drop nearing average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badiya areas.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/17, Daraa 34/16, Homs 32/14, Lattakia 26/14, Aleppo 35/14 and Deir Ezzor 40/25.
