Moscow, SANA- The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Tuesday that seven new breaches of “cessation of hostilities” in Syria by terrorist organizations were observed during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry pointed out in a statement that “4 breaches were monitored in Aleppo, 2 others in Idleb in addition to one breach in Lattakia.’’
The Ministry clarified that “al-Sheikh Maqsoud residential neighborhood in Aleppo was targeted with artillery shelling in addition to the towns of al-Fouaa and Kefraya in Idleb, leaving injuries among civilians.”
The Ministry asserted that Russian and Syrian warplanes didn’t carry out yesterday any shelling on the positions of the armed groups included in “the cessation of hostilities.”
The cessation of hostilities in Syria does not include ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra and other organizations classified on the list of international terrorism.
