Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to drop, yet they will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general as the clouds will spread in the afternoon and thundershowers are expected in the coastal, and northern areas, and at night the thundershowers will fall over the other areas.
The wind will be westerly with a moderate speed and the sea waves will be medium in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to drop to become around average and the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy and rain showers are expected over most areas.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 16/06, Daraa 17/08, Homs 16/08, Hama 17/08, Hasaka 21/08, Lattakia 18/13, Aleppo 16/08 and Deir Ezzor 23/12.
