Aid packages distributed to families in two cities of Damascus Countryside

Damascus Countryside, SANA-Damascus Countryside governorate, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC), distributed on Wednesday aid packages to families in al-Tal and Mu’adamiyat al-Sham cities in the framework of a Syrian government plan to distribute nearly  12000 food packages and health materials to the needed.

A source in Damascus Countryside said that the province started to distribute aid packages in al-Tal city within a plan to distribute 7000 health and food packages to the people in the city, adding that the distribution process will continue everyday to include all people in need.

Meanwhile, 500 other aid packages, in addition to amounts of medicines were distributed to the citizens in Mu’adamyat al-Sham city.

On Tuesday, 2000 food and health packages were distributed in Mu’adamiyat al-Sham city in spite of attempts by armed terrorist groups to prevent families from receiving the aid.
