Damascus, SANA Temperatures will remain around average or slightly lower as the country is still being influenced by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will continue to be partly cloudy and completely cloudy sometimes, rain showers are expected over various areas of the country.
The winds will be southeastern between light to moderate in speed, while the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
On Friday, the weather will be partly cloudy in general; rain showers are expected over the southern and western areas, while the temperatures will be around average or slightly lower.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 16/09, Aleppo 20/09, Homs 19/10, Lattakia 21/17 and Hama 22/10.
