Idleb, SANA – Following the recent success of strawberry planting in the region over the past two years, particularly in the eastern countryside of Lattakia and western Idleb, the first Strawberry Festival has been launched in northwest Syria.
The festival aims to highlight this promising crop, which has begun to achieve widespread spread and popularity among farmers, due to its quality and economic returns.
The festival includes a display of various types of locally grown strawberries, in addition to food products and dishes that rely on strawberries as a basic ingredient, such as jams, juices, and sweets.
