Damascus, SANA-Governor of the Central Bank of Syria (CBS), Abdul Qader al-Hasriya, discussed with the Italian ambassador to Syria, Stefano Ravagnan,, the unification of banking systems and their reconnection between Syria and Italy.
The CBS stated on its Facebook page that both sides affirmed the significance of this pivotal step and its role in activating bilateral trade channels, which will contribute to opening the way for the resumption of trade relations, which will yield significant benefits for small and medium-sized enterprises and support economic recovery efforts in Syria.
