Muscat, SANA-The Sultanate of Oman has welcomed the decision of U.S. President Donald Trump to lift sanctions on Syria.
The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement published on the X platform: “This decision is a step that enables the brotherly Syrian government and people to achieve development and prosperity.”
The statement also acknowledged the efforts of all brotherly and friendly Arab countries in strengthening stability, in a way that supports political and economic recovery in Syria.”
