Foreign Minister meets Head of the Independent Institution on Missing Persons in Syria

New York, SANA- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mr. Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani, has met in New York City with Ms. Karla Quintana, the head of the Independent Institution on Missing Persons in the Syrian Arab Republic.
