Damascus, SANA – The Levant Scholars Union denounced the republication of cartoons insulting Prophet Muhammad in the first edition of the French newspaper Charlie Hebdo a week after the deadly Paris-attack.
In a statement published on Thursday, the Union stressed that no cartoons, terrorism or conspiring would be able to undermine the holy status of Prophet Muhammed.
