Capitals, SANA- The novel coronavirus pandemic has claimed the lives of three million and 121 thousand people worldwide, according to the last statistics by the American Worldometers Website.
The Website, which tracks the latest developments of the virus, said that the total number of the worldwide coronavirus infections has reached up to 147,723,664 and the deaths have amounted to 3,121,068 while the recoveries have climbed up to 125,212,870.
The US still tops the worst affected countries in terms of infections and deaths as it has recorded 586,140 deaths, out of 32,818,721 infections.
Brazil comes second with 195,116 deaths out of 17,306,300 infections, while India comes in the third place with 390,797 deaths out of 14,340,787 infections.
