An aid convoy sent to people affected by floods in Hasaka

Hasaka, SANA- The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on Sunday morning distributed humanitarian aid in Tal Hamis area in Hasaka province.

The delivered aid embraced tens, food baskets and houseware which will be distributed among the families that had been affected by the floods which hit the area due to the heavy rains.

The aid convoy included 3000 blankets, 1500 mattresses, 3000 food baskets and 30 tents and the convoy was accompanied by 30 volunteers from the  Disaster Response Unit at SARC branch in Hasaka.
