Wednesday weather: Temperatures above average, skies partly cloudy  

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 2 to 3 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layer of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy in general and thundershowers will fall over different areas.

The wind will be of changeable direction to southeasterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 17/8, Daraa 16/6, Homs 17/6, Lattakia 20/11, Aleppo 15/6 and Deir Ezzor 19/8.
