Moscow, SANA- Russian Security Council secretary, Nikolai Patrushev, said Thursday that preparations are under way to bring back part of the Russian forces that are participating in the war on terrorism in Syria.
“Preparations are on,” he told the media.
Asked when the pullout might take place, Patrushev replied “when it’s been prepared for.”
