Damascus, SANA- Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Rima al-Qadiri, who started a visit to the Belarusian Republic on Thursday to attend the activity of the Camp of Children of Various Nations in Minsk, stressed that the visit is a chance for exchanging expertise with the Belarusian side and to inspect the steps taken by Ministry in the domain of developing the protection system and the capacity building in Syria.
In a speech delivered during a reception ceremony held by the Belarusian Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Igor Karpenko, al-Qadiri pointed out to the development of the relations
between the two countries, calling for benefiting from the Belarusian experience in the domain of education and social services.
She expressed appreciation of the invitation extended by the Belarusian Government to the Syrian children to participate in the Camp.
For his part, Karpenko underlined the importance of the participation of the Syrian delegation and the rapidly developing relations between the two countries.
He indicated that the program of the visit includes visiting the Children Camp and a plenary meeting on discussing ways of developing the educational plans till the year 2020.
