Damascus, SANA- The temperatures remain slightly above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 35/17, Daraa 34/16, Homs 29/16, Lattakia 28/22, Aleppo 35/18 and Deir Ezzor 41/21.
