Hunger strike of Syrian and Palestinian detainees continues for the 27th consecutive day

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA- Nearly 1800 Syrian and Palestinian detainees in the Israeli jails continued their hunger strike for the 27th consecutive day, Palestinian News Agency Wafa said Saturday.

11 other detainees in Jalbou’a Israeli Jail joined on Friday the open hunger strike.

Hundreds of Syrian and Palestinian detainees started a hunger strike on April 17, demanding the Israeli occupation authorities to meet a number of their demands, mainly to end the administrative
detention, allow family visit and improve medical care and other legitimate demands.
