DAMASCUS, (SANA) – President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday issued the legislative decree No.120 on exempting the loans provided by the Cooperative Agricultural Bank, for agricultural reasons, from late payment penalties.
Decree Re-tabulating Debts and Overdue, Unpaid Facilitations
President al-Assad also issued the legislative decree No. 121 for 2011 stipulating for re-tabulation of debts and the overdue and unpaid facilitations granted to the industrialists who are defaulters of paying their obligations to the public banks.
The Decree also provides that all interests overdue and fines unpaid by the time of re-tabulation are exempted.
