Health Minister and World Health Organization Representative Visit al-Zahrawi Hospital

 DAMASCUS,(SANA) - Terrorists fired three mortar shells on al-Zahrawi hospital in Damascus, causing material damage in the operation room and patients' division without any casualties.

Minister of Health Sa'ad al-Nayef paid a visit to al-Zahrawi Hospital along with the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative Elizabeth Hoff, inspecting the damage in the hospital.

Al-Nayef said the Ministry began preparing a plan to rehabilitate affected department in the hospital, especially it's the only hospital specialized in Health Ministry in Damascus. In obstetrics and gynecology.

He pointed out that the Ministry provided the hospital with medical, medicine equipment and incubators for developing services in the hospital.
