HOMS, (SANA) – Units of the Armed Forces on Monday targeted terrorists' gatherings in Ebl, Taldao, Kafer Laha and the north of al-Bouaida al-Sharqiyah in Homs Countryside.
The operations resulted in killing and injuring many terrorists, in addition to destroying a number of machinegun-equipped vehicles.
A military source told SANA reporter that the army destroyed several terrorist hideouts along with different types of weapons, including launchers, sniper rifles and missiles.
The source notedthat all terrorists inside the hideouts were killed or injured, adding that terrorists Ismael al-Khaled, Mwafaq al-Ali, Hassib al-Sagheir, Huzaifa al-Khateib and Hussam Abu al-Ezam, leader of an armed terrorist group, affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra, were identified among the dead.
Army Units Eliminate Terrorists, Destroy Rockets Manufacturing Plant in Homs Countryside
Units of the Armed Forces carried out qualitative operations and inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists, destroying their dens, weapons, ammunition and rockets manufacturing factory which they were used to target the citizens and their properties in al-Rastan, Talbisa, al-Kouser in Homs countryside.
An official source told SANA reporter that Army units killed scores of terrorists in al-Rastan and Talbisa countryside, Among the killed terrorists were Bakri Abdul Wahab Barrok, Yosef Ayoub, Mahmoud al-Ashtar, Ma'an Kutai'a and Osama al-sheik Ali.
The source added that other Army unit destroyed completely an armed terrorist group's den in al-Shoumaria town in al-Kouser countryside, meanwhile other Army unit pursued an armed terrorist group were perpetrating acts of terrorism in al-Khalidia village.
The source pointed out that an Army unit destroyed rockets manufacturing plant in Kafralla town along with weapons and ammunition.
Terrorists Target French Hospital and al-Ma'ouna School with Mortar Shells in Damascus
Terrorists targeted French hospital and al-Ma'ouna school in al-Kassa'a in Damascus with two mortar shells, causing material damages in the site with no casualties.
SANA reporter said that the first mortar shell fell on the French hospital and led to material damages in the hospital building, while the other shell fell on the private school of al-Ma'ouna, causing damages in the building and a number of private cars.
Army Units Inflict Heavy Losses upon Terrorists in Daryaa and al-Dyabia
Units of the Armed Forces continued their operations in Daryaa city and killed a number of snipers.
An official source told SANA reporter that among the killed terrorists were Omar who is known as "Abo Thabit" and Hassan who is known as "Abo Majid."
Meanwhile, an engineering unit dismantled 3 explosive devices which were planted around al-Saida Sakina shrine to explode them from remote.
In the same context, another Army unit killed and injured members of an armed terrorist group, destroying its den along with weapons and ammunition inside it.
Abdul Karim who is known as "Abo Lyas" and affiliated to Hitin brigade were identified among the killed terrorists.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that the operation resulted in killing and injuring several terrorists, in addition to destroying their vehicles.
