The Army Inflicts Heavy Losses upon Terrorists in Several Provinces

PROVINCES, (SANA)- Units of the Armed Forces on Thursday pursued armed terrorist groups in Erbin, Zamalka and Adra al-Balad, Tal Kurdi, Douma Farms and Harasta, inflicting heavy losses upon their members.

SANA reporter quoted an official source as saying that the army destroyed terrorists' hideouts in Erbin and Zamalka and killed scores of terrorists, including Ismael Ghazi, Mohammad al-Khaimi, Ahmad Abdul-Qader, Noor Eddin Juha, Mohammad and Osama al-Taqi.

The source added that an army unit destroyed a 23mm antiaircraft gun and a vehicle with all terrorists inside it on the road to Adraa al-Balad.

Other army units pursued terrorist groups in Daraya city, Hejjeira, al-Dhiyabiyeh, al-Sbeineh and al-Hajar al-Aswad, killing and injuring many of their members.

An official source said in a statement to SANA that units of the Armed Forces killed and injured a number of terrorists in Daraya before they fled away disguised in women clothes.

Terrorists Mohammed al-Wawi, Walid Shetto, Majed Dawood, Omar Mansour and Jamal Rajab were identified among the dead.

In Hejjeira and al-Dhiyabiyeh, the army destroyed terrorists' hideouts and killed scores of terrorists, including Mohammad al-Qadi, Ayman Zein Eddin and Mahmoud al-Refaei.

In a relevant context, the Armed Forces continued pursuing terrorists in al-Sbeineh and al-Hajar al-Aswad, destroying a vehicle equipped with a 23 mm anti-aircraft gun and killing all terrorists inside.

Six People, including 3 Children, Martyred in Terrorist Mortar Shells in Damascus

Six people, including children, were martyred Thursday when terrorists fired two mortar shells on the bus station  in al-Qaboun area in Damascus.

An official source at the Interior Ministry told SANA that six people, including three children and a woman, were martyred, while others were injured, some of them in a critical condition.

The source added that the injured were transferred to hospitals to be treated.

Terrorists Killed in Homs 

Units of the Armed Forces continued pursuing the terrorist groups in the countryside of Homs, inflicting heavy losses upon their members.

A military source told SANA that a number of terrorists were killed in a series of operations in the areas of Jouber, al-Sultaniyeh, Kafraya, al-Amiriyeh and al-Husseiniyeh in al-Qseir.

The source noted that the terrorists' equipment and tools were destroyed.

A unit of the Armed Forces targeted a terrorists' hideout and killed all terrorists inside in al-Janoudiyeh town in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughour in Idleb province.

An official source told SANA reporter that the army killed and injured many terrorists and destroyed their weapons.

Terrorists' Centers and Workshops for Making Explosives and Missiles Destroyed in Hama

The army units in Hama eliminated gatherings of armed terrorist groups, affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra and Ahrar al-Sham, in Karnaz town in the northern countryside of the province.

A source in the province said in a statement to SANA that the army destroyed terrorists' centers and stormed into workshops for making explosive devices and missiles, in addition to mortar rounds and launchers.

The source added that the engineering units dismantled tens of explosive devices, weighing between 30 to 70 kg, which were planted by terrorists on the roads to the town.

A unit of the Armed Forces destroyed a den for terrorists in al-Hawash village in al-Ghab area in Hama.

An official source told SANA that the majority of terrorists were killed and injured.

Terrorists' Hideouts and Weapons Destroyed in Idleb

Meanwhile, units of the Armed Forces carried out several operations in Tak Kurdi, Douma Farms and Harasta, destroying a terrorists' hideout and large amounts of weapons.

Scores of terrorists were killed and injured in the operations, including Ahmad al-Najjar, Omar al-Turk, Yasser Shalleh, Yehya Sroid, Ali Khaiti, Ghassan Jarkas, Mohammad Hammoud, Rateb al-Sheikh Ibrahim and Ahmad Dmeiri.

The Armed Forces Eliminate Terrorists in Idleb Countryside

Units of the Armed Forces repelled  an armed terrorist group which were attempting to attack the army's checkpoints in Maarat al-Nouman in Idleb countryside.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that the Army units destroyed terrorist gathering along with the terrorists who were attempting to attack the Army checkpoints in al-Dayf valley, Heish and al-Hamidia, affirming that during the operation the Army units killed scores of terrorists and destroyed their cars.

The source added that other Army units targeted the terrorist gatherings in Khafer Rouma, Mouarit al-Nouman and al-Shougr in Idleb countryside, killing several terrorists and injuring others.

Competent Authorities Storm Terrorists' Den in Lattakia Countryside

The competent authorities in Lattakia stormed a den for an armed terrorist group in Kersana village in Lattakia countryside, seizing a storehouse containing ammos, stolen medical equipment and communication devices.

A source in the province told SANA that the den contained materials for manufacturing explosives, machines for printing fake currencies, military uniform, stolen medical equipment, car registration plates, electronic devices, maps of governorates and amounts of ammunition.

The Armed Forces Destroy two Missile Launch- Pad in Lattakia Countryside

Unit of the Armed Forces destroyed 4 cars equipped with DShK machinegun along with the terrorists inside the cars.

Meanwhile, another Army unit destroyed two missile launch pad in Bait Halibia village in Lattakia countryside.

Competent Authorities Confiscate Weapons in al-Kamishli Countryside

The competent authorities confiscated weapons and communication sets in a car on Hitin crossroad on al-Hasakah-al-Kamishli road.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that the weapons included 23 rifles and communication sets, adding that the competent authorities arrested the person inside the car.

The Army Units Continue Operations against Terrorists in Aleppo

The Army units continued qualitative operations in Aleppo and its countryside, targeting the terrorist gatherings and killing scores of them.

An official source told SANA reporter that the Army unit's operations targeted a terrorist gathering in Mayer area in Aleppo countryside, killing scores of terrorists and destroying 5 cars loaded with missiles coming from Turkey.

The source added that the Army unit targeted the terrorist's gatherings in Ming, Tal Aryn, al-Wadihi, Khan Touman, al-Masoura and al-Sfera  towns in Aleppo countryside and killed scores of terrorists. Among the killed terrorists were Ahmad Hamidi al-Houssen and Ahmad Salih al-Ma'rouf.

The source pointed out that the Armed Forces carried out several operations in the city of Aleppo and destroyed the terrorists gatherings in al-Sheik said area.

Mira'i Hassan al-Bakhour, Mahmoud Abdullah Ma'loul who are affiliated to the so-called "Lioa'a Tahrir al-Shamal" and Mahmoud Khamil al-Faiad who is affiliated to the so-called "Katibat Jound al-Sham" were identified among the killed terrorists.

The source clarified that another Army unit destroyed the terrorist's dens in Kadi Askar, al-Hiloania and al-Asrafia.

Meantime,  "Jobhat al-Nusra" terrorists clashed with the so-called "Liua'a al-Tauhid" terrorists after disagreeing on who would get the stolen materials.
