Sixty People Involved in Recent Events Released

Sep 18, 2012

HAMA, (SANA) – Sixty people who were involved in recent events but didn't shed blood were released on Tuesday in Hama after they pledged not to bear arms again or commit acts of vandalism or anything that harms Syria's security in the future.

Several of the released individuals said they will return to their normal lives which they led before becoming involved in the events.

Hundreds of people involved in the events were released during the past few days in several provinces after they turned themselves in or were arrested.
