PROVINCES, (SANA)_ Units of our armed forces on Tuesday clashed with an armed terrorist group near the martyrs' cemetery in the district of al-Hajar al-Aswad in Damascus countryside and eliminated a number of its members.

The army cleaned al-Quneitra Street and the surrounding areas from the mercenary terrorists and killed large numbers of them.

Authorities Uncover hideout of weapons under a building in Lattakia  

The competent authorities uncovered a hideout for weapons and explosives inside an under construction building at Basateen al-Rihan neighborhood in Lattakia.

A source in Lattakia told SANA reporter that the weapons were hidden in a hole underground of the building, including RPGs, Russian rifles and snipers.

Infiltration attempt from Lebanon Foiled, 9 terrorists killed

The authorities foiled an infiltration attempt from Lebanon into Syria by an armed terrorist group, in al-Qseir countryside, Homs.    

A source in Homs said that 9 terrorists were killed during the operation, among them leader of the group Wardan al-Zahouri, while 7 other were injured.  

Army Kills Terrorists, Destroys DShK-equipped Cars and Trucks Filled with Weapons in Aleppo

The armed forces continued cleaning several areas and neighborhoods in Aleppo from the armed terrorist groups.

A source told SANA reporter that a unit of the army clashed with terrorists in Bustan al-Qasr in the city of Aleppo and inflicted heavy losses upon them.

Another army unit targeted terrorists' gatherings near al-Salheen Police Station in the city of Aleppo.

A unit of the army destroyed three truck loaded with weapons and ammunition and two DShK-equipped cars and killed the terrorists riding in them in al-Mansoura area in the city.

SANA reporter said a number of terrorists were killed in a blast of explosive devices they were preparing near the Cultural Center in Masaken al-Firdous in the city.

Authorities targeted terrorists on Damascus – Aleppo highway, killing four of them.Abu Hafs, one of the most wanted terrorists, was identified among the dead.

In al-Jdeida area. an armed terrorist group blasted an empty five-story residential building after trapping it with several improvised explosive devices.

An official source told SANA reporter that the blast claimed the lives of two army soldiers.

In Aleppo countryside, The armed forces destroyed 7 cars equipped with DShK machineguns in Qubtan al-Jabal, in addition to destroying three trucks filled with ammunition and weapons in the areas of al-Ereimeh and Ma'arafti.

Tthe army units stormed a den used by terrorists to hide ammunition and stolen medical equipment near al-Farabi Hospital in Hreitan.

Units of the armed forces targeted other gatherings of terrorists in Hreitan and the area around the Agricultural School and Traffic Center in Maskaneh in Aleppo countryside.

The army members inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorist groups' ranks.

Army Pursues Terrorists in Homs, Two Infiltration Attempts from Lebanon Foiled

The army also foiled two infiltration attempts by armed terrorist groups from Lebanon in Idlen and Halat areas in Talkalakh, Homs countryside.

A source in the province told SANA that scores of terrorists were killed or wounded in the clashes.

The armed forces clashed with a terrorist group that was terrorizing and attacking citizens on al-Misheirfeh-Homs road and killed several terrorists.

A unit of the army clashed with an armed terrorist group in Bab Houd neighborhood in Homs, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.

SANA reporter quoted a source in the province as saying that authorities clashed with a terrorist group that attacked law-enforcement personnel in al-Salmouniyeh area in al-Qseir, killing and wounding scores of terrorists.

The source added that the authorities also clashed with an armed terrorist group on al-Qseir-al-Burhaniyeh road and killed three terrorists and wounded several others.

The army units also clashed with another terrorist group near Tal Sikerja area in al-Qseir and killed nine terrorists and wounded ten others. 

The armed forces also destroyed a warehouse of weapons and ammunition used by the terrorists near Abel town in Homs countryside.

On Monday, authorities clashed with an armed terrorist group that was attacking citizens and law-enforcement personnel in Hasiya area, killing a terrorist and arresting another one.

Army Unit pursues an armed terrorist group in Tal Abiad, Rakka, killing all its members

A unit of the Army pursued today an armed terrorist group in Tal Abiad, Rakka, killing all its members and seizing their weapons.  

A source in Rakka told SANA that the clashes erupted when the armed group tried to attack a checkpoint for law enforcement forces.  

Authorities Clash with Terrorists in Daraa

The authorities continued pursuing the armed terrorist groups in Allajat area in Daraa, killing large numbers of terrorists, seizing their weapons and confiscating stolen medicine.

A source at the province told SANA that among the killed terrorists were Abdul-Aziz Ayed al-Mawaj and Abdul-Majid Ayed al-Mawaj, who were leaders of two terrorist groups.

The authorities also arrested several terrorists in al-Matar neighborhood in the city of Daraa.
