PROVINCES, (SANA) – Groups of terrorists fleeing from the armed forces in the city of Homs committed on Tuesday a massacre against a number of citizens and workers at Jandar Resort in the countryside of Homs.

An official source told SANA reporter that groups of terrorists stormed into the resort and perpetrated a massacre claiming the lives of many innocent citizens and workers.

Authorities Raid Terrorist Hideout in Old City in Damascus, Arresting Terrorists and Confiscating Weapons

The Authorities arrested a terrorist hideout in the Old City and Damascus, arresting the terrorists hiding in it and confiscating a large amount of weapons.

Confiscated weapons include grenades, some of which are made in Israel, FAL rifles, AK-47 rifles, pump-action shotguns and handguns, and addition to large amounts of ammo, silencers, circuits for remote detonation, night-vision giggles, army uniforms and packs, forged documents, and advanced wireless communication devices.

Terrorist Groups Chased and Killed in Neighborhoods in Aleppo City

In Aleppo, the authorities repelled last night an armed terrorist group that attacked the Traffic Department in the city inflicting heavy losses upon its members.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that the armed group tried to infiltrate through Souq al-Hal road to target the Traffic Department but was confronted by the authorities. A clash erupted and resulted in killing and injuring the terrorists.

The source added that the authorities also chased down an armed group in al-Jalaa neighborhood in the city and clashed with its members who were left killed and injured.

Another terrorist group which attempted to attack the Citadel of Aleppo was repelled with its members suffering heavy losses.

In al-Asilah neighbohood in Aleppo, an armed forces unit confronted an armed terrorist groups consisting of around 150 gunmen, killing a large number of them and destroying 4 cars equipped with DShK machineguns.

Army Clashes with Terrorist Groups in Aleppo

A unit of the Syrian army clashed with armed terrorist groups in the area of Akhtareen in Aleppo Countryside.

A source in the province told SANA that 8 leaders of these terrorist groups were killed, adding that other gunmen were wounded and the rest fled.

The source underscored that the Syrian army is confronting terrorists in Salah Eddin neighborhood and is dealing with the snipers on the rooftops.

Terrorists' Infiltration Attempt from Lebanon Foiled

Border guards in cooperation with authorities in Homs foiled a terrorist infiltration attempt from the Lebanese territories at al-Armouta site in Talkalakh in Homs countryside and inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorists.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that an armed terrorist group fired missiles from inside the Lebanese territories on the post of Jisr Qmar crossing point to cover the infiltration attempt.

The source added that the authorities killed and wounded many terrorists while the others fled into the Lebanese territories.

Terrorists Chased in Several Neighborhoods in Homs

The authorities also chased down terrorists in a number of neighborhoods in the old city of Homs and inflicted heavy losses upon them.

The source said that the groups of terrorists were stationed in the neighborhoods of al-Warsheh, Bab Hood, Bab Dreib and al-Khaldiyeh.

In Homs countryside, the authorities pursued armed terrorist groups in al-Sultaniya and al-Zaafarana areas, killing and injuring scores of terrorists who had been attacking citizens and law-enforcement forces and blocking roads.

Terrorists Suffer Heavy Losses in Deir Ezzor

Authorities clashed with an armed terrorist group which tried to attack law-enforcement forces in al-Mayadeen city in Deir Ezzor countryside and killed its members.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that the authorities confronted five terrorists who attacked law-enforcement forces, killed them and destroyed their pick-up vehicle which was equipped with a machinegun.

In the same context, authorities in Deir Ezzor on Monday pursued vanquished terrorists near al-Delleh roundabout and al-Jbeileh heighborhood, killed many of them, wounded others in addition to arresting some of them and seizing their weapons.

Authorities Arrest a Terrorist and Seize his 4WD Truck in Hasaka

Authorities in Deir Ezzor ambushed an armed terrorist group to the east of al-Shadadi city, near Kbiyeh oil field in Hasaka.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that the terrorists were driving two 4WD pick-up trucks, adding that the authorities seized one of the two vehicles with machineguns, grenades and ammunition inside.

The authorities arrested terrorist Mohammad al-Shbeib who was driving the car and he is from Deir Ezzor.

Terrorists Killed in Explosive Device Blast in Hama

In al-Salamiyeh in Hama, a terrorist was killed and another was injured in the blast of an explosive device while they were planting it in the main street of al-Salamiyeh city.

SANA reporter said that the terrorist Mansour Nasra was killed in the blast while terrorist Mohammad Qashmar was severely injured.

In Idleb, the authorities confronted an armed terrorist group which had been blocking roads and committing armed robbery on the Saraqeb-Aleppo road north of Saraqeb city.

A source at the province told SANA that the authorities clashed with the terrorists who were using a pickup truck equipped with a machinegun, killing and injuring many of the terrorists and destroying their vehicle.

Three Terrorists Arrested in Idleb Countryside

Authorities and border guard personnel pursued on Tuesday two armed terrorist groups in Jisr al-Shughour district in Idleb province.

A source in the province told SANA correspondent that the authorities and the border guard personnel ambushed two armed terrorist groups, arrested and seized the weapons of terrorists.
