Twenty Army and Law-enforcement Martyrs Laid to Rest

PROVINCES, (SANA)- On the music of the 'Martyr' and the 'Farewell', the bodies of 20 martyrs from the army and the law enforcement forces on Sunday were escorted from Tishreen, Aleppo, Deir Ezzor and Zahi Azraq Military Hospitals to their final resting place.

Solemn funeral processions were held for the martyrs who were targeted by armed terrorist groups while they were in line of duty in Damascus and its countryside, Homs, Lattakia, Aleppo, Deir Ezzor and in Idleb.

The martyrs are:

-First Lieutenant Shadi Aqel Ramadan, from Tartous.

-Chief Warrant Officer Majed Jamil Zakour, from Daraa.

-Chief Warrant Officer Amjad Ghaleb Saker, from Damascus Countryside.

-Warrant Officer Tarek Abdul-latif al-Saleh, from Tarous.

-Sergeant Major, Micheal Ghazi al-Mohammad, from Hama.

-Sergeant Major Farid Jalal Mahmoud, from Hasaka.

-Sergeant Major Ahmad Abdul-Hamid Niyal, from Aleppo.

-Sergeant Major Wasim Hani Harba, from Lattakia.

-Sergeant Mohammad Riyad Adnan Hadid, from Damascus.

-Sergeant Wasim Ahmad Hamdan, from Hama.

The families of the martyrs expressed their pride in the martyrdom of their sons who sacrificed their souls to defend Syria's security and stability.

They called for enhancing the national unity and loyalty for their homeland, expressing rejection of the foreign interference in Syria's internal affairs.
