DAMASCUS/ ALEPPO, (SANA)- The bodies of 11 army and law enforcement members on Saturday were paid final tribute as escorted from Aleppo Military Hospital in Aleppo and Tishreen Military Hospital and Harasta Police Hospital in Damascus to their final resting place.
Solemn funeral ceremony were held for the martyrs who were targeted by armed terrorist groups while they were in the line of duty in Damascus Countryside, Hama, Daraa and Aleppo.
The martyrs are:
Lieutenant Colonel Munzir Ahmad Sabbouh, from Hama.
Second Lieutenant Izzat Zuheir Kweifati, from Damascus.
Chief Warrant Officer Ali Ahmad al-Shaqa, from Damascus Countryside.
Sergeant Nidal Ahmad Outhman, from Tartous.
Corporal Ammar Mashhour Khalil, from Hama.
Corporal Bashar Suleiman Ismael, from Hama.
Corporal Ibrahim Yousef Abboud, from Lattakia.
Corporal Somar Mohammad Sultani, from Tartous.
Conscript Alaa Ahmad Issa, from Raqqa.
Conscript Shibli Hussein Shibli, from Aleppo.
Policeman Hamza Amin Abboud, from Lattakia.
The martyrs' families and relatives said the martyrs' names will remain in the memory of all the honest Syrians as the heroes of the homeland, expressing their pride in the martyrdom of their sons and readiness to follow in their footsteps for the sake of defending Syria's stability and pride.
They stressed the Syrian people's commitment to national unity and resistance against the media calls for instigation and sedition, voicing their condemnation of the criminal acts of the armed terrorist groups and steadfastness against them until completely eliminating them.
